1 / Our services

Bare location

This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan (single axle) or camper. The availability of the site on the day of arrival is from 12h and must be released on the day of departure before 12h.

Your stay is calculated from a basic package that includes the location, the person or persons provided according to the package, your facility, your vehicle and access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (extra person, electricity, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to the package. The location is for up to 6 people.

  • Package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 camper or 1 car with a tent or caravan.

The rental accommodation

Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.

Your accommodation must be restored when you leave.

Key collection

Rental accommodation is available to the client from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and must be released before 10:00 on the day of departure. An incoming and outgoing inventory will take place with the lessor and the hosting company. The renter will have made an appointment on the day of his arrival according to the free schedules of the day of departure set between 8:00 and 10:00.

Your wishes for a specific location or habitat on the campsite can only be satisfied according to our possibilities of reception on your arrival.

Related services

Our prices do not include:

  • The food and drinks of the participants in the stay
  • The supplements rented on site according to availability on arrival (pillows, refrigerator, etc.)
  • The application fees.
  • The taxes of stay.

This tourist tax is collected by the campsite from the guests, then paid by the campsite to the municipal (or departmental) authorities, according to the provisions of the circular defining the regime of the tourist tax.


The prices shown in the brochure are in Euros, VAT included at the rate in force at the time of printing. Any change or modification of this rate, as well as any change in the taxes applicable to your stay, if any, on the date of invoice, may be reflected in the price of the products or services offered to you under this agreement, the campsite reserving the possibility to pass the cost on to the rates presented in the brochure.

2 / Payment of the stay

Payment methods accepted

For the deposit as for the balance, you can honor your reservation or your stay by the following methods of payment:

Check and French postal cheque, holiday check, money order or cash, bank card (from 15€), foreign bank cheque.

Terms of settlement

Any firm booking request from the buyer must be made in writing (except reservation via our website) and accompanied by:

  • Payment of a deposit including 30% of the cost of stay if booking before 4 weeks from the beginning
  • Of application fees
  • And contribution for cancellation/interruption of stay insurance (if subscribed)

This reservation has a contractual value only upon receipt by the buyer, of a confirmation of registration issued by the campsite.

The balance of the stay is to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival, failing full payment 4 weeks before the start of the stay, we reserve the right to consider that the booking has been cancelled with the consequences provided in the Cancellation section below.

3 / Last minute booking

All bookings made within a period of less than 4 weeks before the start of the stay must be paid in full.

4 / Delayed arrival and early departure

In case of delayed arrival or early departure, compared to the dates mentioned on your booking voucher, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not made.

5 / No presentation on the campsite

In case of no show on the campsite within 24 hours from the beginning of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will dispose of your accommodation.

We withhold fees in accordance with our cancellation conditions.

6 / Cancellation by the buyer

Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the mail.

For cancellation of a bare site or rental accommodation:

  • More than 6 weeks before your arrival, the amount of the deposit will be refunded less 40€ management fee.
  • Less than 6 weeks before your arrival, the amount of the deposit and the application fee remains acquired at the campsite
  • Less than 4 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire stay will remain acquired and due.

To obtain a possible compensation, we invite you to subscribe a cancellation/interruption insurance of our partner CAMP COVERED for 4% of the price of the stay when booking. Subscription possible online and in paper booking.

Because of the camping:

If the campsite is obliged to cancel its rental services of bare pitch and/or rental accommodation, any contractor having received his confirmation of stay, will be notified by registered letter and then refunded in full up to the sums he has paid.

7 / Bail

For rental accommodation, two checks will be required upon arrival, a check of 200€ which guarantees the deterioration of the rental facilities made available to you and a check of 50€ which guarantees the perfect cleanliness of your rental during your departure. The campsite reserves the right to keep a part or the total sum in case of deterioration of the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite and also the right to keep the sum corresponding to the household expenses if thisThis was not done correctly on departure.

8 / Minors

Minors not accompanied by their parents are not accepted except under conditions (parental certificates).

9 / Animals

Dogs are allowed in the rentals (1 maxi). We require that dogs are kept on a leash in the camping grounds. Please respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. The health booklet must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccines and tattoo certificates are mandatory.

Dogs are allowed in rental accommodation provided they are not left alone and locked inside them under penalty of interruption of the stay without compensation.

10 / Claims

Any complaint following a stay, must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of your stay.

11 / Promotions - Last Minute Sale

On these occasions, guests may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be eligible for a refund representing the difference in price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts are in no case cumulative with promotions.

12/ Rules of procedure

Every camper is obliged to comply with the rules of the campsite under penalty of penalties up to the termination of the contract. The rules are available to campers.

13 / Description of services

General information provided in the brochure and on the website (equipment, entertainment, local services, etc.) are given by the campsite as a guide and cannot be considered as contractual insofar as they can be modified during the season (for example by municipal decision). The campsite guarantees the authenticity of the information and their character neither misleading nor lying. The photos are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual. It goes without saying that customers will be informed of any changes.

14/ Playground - Pool

The swimming pool is reserved for camping residents only. It is unsupervised. The children are under the responsibility of the parents or accompanying persons. The respect of each one is requested under penalty of being excluded. The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, but the campsite reserves the right to change the opening days in relation to certain conditions (weather, low attendance, etc.).

Various play areas or sports activities are available to you. A regulation is posted for each. Non-compliance with the rules may result in exclusion from the activity.


Rules of procedure


I / General conditions

1 / Conditions of admission and stay

To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on a campground, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative. The latter has an obligation to ensure that the campground is kept in good order and that these rules of procedure are observed. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of this Regulation and a commitment to comply with them. No one may take up residence there.

2 / Police formalities

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written permission from their parents. Pursuant to Article R. 611-35 of the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum Code, the manager is required to have an individual police record completed and signed by the client of foreign nationality upon arrival. It must mention in particular: 1° the surname and given names; 2° the date and place of birth; 3° the nationality; 4° the usual domicile. Children under the age of 15 may appear on the card of one of the parents.

3 / Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4 / Reception desk Open from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00

At the reception desk, you will find all the information about the services of the campground, the supply possibilities, the sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses that may prove useful. A complaint collection and handling system is available to customers.

5 / Display

These rules are posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception desk. They are given to each customer who requests them. For graded campgrounds, the ranking category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to the clients under the conditions fixed by decree of the minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at the reception.

6 / Departure arrangements

Clients are invited to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay for their stay the day before.

7 / Noise and silence

Guests are advised to avoid any noises and discussions that may interfere with their neighbours. Audible devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and safe closures should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be left at large. They must not be left at the campground, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible. The manager ensures the tranquility of his clients by setting schedules during which silence must be total.

8 / visitors

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of such equipment may be charged at a rate which must be posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are not permitted in the campground.

9 / Traffic and parking of vehicles

Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a limited speed. Traffic is allowed from (2). Only vehicles belonging to the campers staying at the campground may be used. Parking is strictly prohibited on the pitches usually occupied by the accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.

10 / Housekeeping and Appearance of Facilities

Everyone shall refrain from any action that could adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in the gutters. It is forbidden to use electrical appliances such as plancha, barbecue, toaster, raclette etc… may interfere with the proper operation of the facility. Customers must empty the wastewater into the facility. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the garbage cans. Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. The spreading of the linen will be done, if necessary, in the common dryer.

However, it is tolerated close to the accommodation, provided it is discreet and does not bother the neighbors. It should never be made from trees. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. It is not permissible to demarcate the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campground facilities will be at the author’s expense. The site that will have been used during the stay must be kept in the state in which the camper found it when he entered the place.

11 / Security

a) Fire. Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used under hazardous conditions. In the event of a fire, advise management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.

b) Vol. Management is responsible for items deposited in the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. The camper remains responsible for his own installation and must report to the responsible person the presence of any suspicious person. Customers are encouraged to take the usual precautions for the backup of their equipment.

12 / Games

No violent or annoying games can be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

13 / Dead garage

It can only be left unoccupied in the field, after agreement of the management and only at the indicated location. This benefit may be payable.

14 / Infringement of the rules of procedure

In the event that a resident disturbs the residence of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these Rules of Procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he considers it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules of procedure and after being put on notice by the manager to comply with them, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on law enforcement.
